1. Are your bags original? 

Yes! All our bags are designed in-house. Fabric is hand-picked, and we work our magic to get them manufactured. We're a proud Pakistani brand. 

2. Can I see the original pictures before I place my order? 

Of course! WhatsApp (0333 1265154.) us a screenshot of what you want to purchase and we can show you original pictures and videos before you make your decision. You can also check out our video sections on Instagram and Facebook. 

3. Can I add a personalized note? It's for someone else!

Yes of course! Just add a note below the product section before checkout and we'll make sure to add a personalised note inside the package before we dispatch. 

4. How can I place an order? 

You can place your order through our website. Simply choose the bag you love, "add to cart" and continue to the check-out process. You can also place your order via our WhatsApp 0333 1265154. 

5. What is your estimated delivery time?

The estimated shipping time is 3-5 working days depending on your city. 

6. Are there any delivery charges? 

100/- delivery charges are applied on all orders below 3000/-. 
For orders that are of 3000/- and above, delivery is free.  

7. What payment options do you offer?

Currently we accept payments through COD, EasyPaisa & Bank Transfer.

8. How can I track my order? 

You can track your order via a provided link that is automatically emailed to you once the package is shipped. You can also track your orders here, and enter your CN number provided in your email or SMS. 

9. I haven't received my package yet, what do I do?
